Our goal during this final stage of testing and development is to deliver a complete system with repeatability that can be duplicated by multiple operators on any Giga FZMP Micropuller™, anywhere in the world.

This development process has been thorough, to insure the safety and reliability of the entire process. Primary areas of testing and development include automatic process programs for the pre heat, zoning, and cool down procedures. The installation of safety interlocks with error code generation have been strategically placed to protect both personnel and equipment. Consumable items and spare parts have been identified and redesigned to minimize cost.

Additional features have been discovered to further increase the flexibility and capability of the current system. Other features will be available on future systems and/or upgrades as desired. Patents have been applied for.

A dedicated website, currently under development, will provide general information on the Giga FZMP Micropuller™. A restricted login will provide secure access to the user/operator manuals, with installation and troubleshooting guides currently in development. The electronic documentation, analytical models, video clips of the complete process, data log and report capabilities are available through this restricted login.
